I've read this book and I am not convinced that it is the most valuable resource on electronic communication systems. Some of the examples seemed rather dated, but on the other hand, some of them were actually quite interesting. The book's title sounded like it would provide ample detail on how to optimize your electronic communications, but then I realized that all they really did was explain how various parts of an electronic circuit work. Overall, I would say this is a good book for anyone who wants to get an introduction to electronics engineering principles. However if you are looking for something more advanced than that it probably isn't the right choice for you. "etext - Electronic Theory, Electronic Circuit Design, Electromagnetics, Electron Devices" I have been looking for a book that will help me in expanding my knowledge in electronic design and I think that is the perfect one. The content of this book is really good and the way is clear to understand what you need to know. I am going to buy other books from this author too. Computer Applications of Electronics, Vol 1 - Computer Electronics by John J. Kovach and Richard G. Welles 2001 Computer Applications of Electronics, Vol 2 - IO Systems by John J. Kovach and Richard G. Welles 2001 Computer Applications of Electronics, Vol 3 - Analog Electronics by John J. Kovach and Richard G. Welles 2001 Computer Applications of Electronics, Vol 4 - Digital Electronics by John J. Kovach and Richard G. Welles 2001 Computer Applications of Electronics, Vol 5 - Circuit Analysis by John J. Kovach and Richard G. Welles 2001 Computer Applications of Electronics, Vol 6 - Instrumentation and Control by John J. Kovach and Richard G. Welles 2001 Digital Communications - Fundamentals and Applications (2nd Edition) by Dr. Tariq S. Hijazi 2008 edition 3rd printing 600 pages is a copy of this book in PDF format (in English). It contains the whole book, this is not a spectral copy of some specific chapter. One can also see some differences between it and the official one which are probably due to the 3rd printing. From Internet Archive Page: This book covers all aspects of digital communications over both wired and wireless channels, providing a comprehensive treatment of the subject with many examples, figures, illustrations, tables, questions at the end of each chapter to help students understand key points. It is written in laymen's terms so anyone who has had only a high-school background in mathematics and physics will find it very understandable. 8eeb4e9f32 19
